Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or improper installation.
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood or lightning.
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
  • Normal wear and tear of product components.

RMA Procedure

  • Contact customer support and provide proof of purchase.
  • Describe the product issue in detail.
  • Receive an RMA authorization number.
  • Ship the product securely with the RMA number clearly marked.
  • After inspection, repair or replacement will be arranged.
